- Post-purchase onboarding emails
Launch · Week 4
- Final QA across every link, button, payment flow, and email
- Soft launch to a beta cohort (if applicable)
- Cart open coordination
- Live troubleshooting through launch week
- Handover document so you can run it yourself going forward
What I need from you.
The 4-week timeline assumes you arrive with your content ready to go. To start the build I'll need:
- All lesson videos recorded and uploaded
- Lesson worksheets, slides, and downloadable resources finalised
- Course outline confirmed
- Branding assets (logo, colours, fonts) finalised
- Tax structure already set up with your accountant - I work within whatever you and your accountant have decided
If your content isn't quite ready, that's fine - we just adjust the timeline together in week 1.
What's not included.
- Course content itself (writing your lessons, recording your videos)
- Tax setup or accounting advice - that's your accountant's territory
- Paid ad strategy or spend
- Long-form sales copy beyond the sales page (e.g. webinar scripts)
The work doesn't stop at cart open.
Once cart opens, the energy of the launch shifts. The build is done - now there's a live community of students inside, daily emails firing, new questions coming in, engagement to monitor, and a cart close window to manage. It's the operational tail of a launch, and it's where most founders quietly burn out.
