- Package 04 · Launch Coordination

The Connector.

You have a brilliant team already - the designer, the marketer, the web person, the 3PL, the photographer. What you need is the person sitting in the middle of all of them, holding the timeline, chasing what's late, and making sure every piece lands together when launch day comes.

Timeline 4-6 weeks
Investment From $3,800
Capacity ~8 hrs / week
Best for

Established product or service brands with a complete team in place who need someone holding the coordination during a launch or range drop. You stay the creative lead. I'm the operational glue.

Brands with internal operations leads already, or businesses needing ongoing partnership rather than launch-specific support, would be a different scope - a retainer is the closer fit.

For who

This is for you if...

Every launch becomes the founder co-ordinating everyone - holding the timeline in your head, chasing whoever's running late, making sure the website goes live the same day the email fires.

You don't need another maker. You have those. What you need is the connective tissue between them - someone who knows what every team member is doing, when it's due, and what happens if one piece slips.

Inclusions

What's included.

  • Briefing documents so everyone knows what they're doing and when
  • Risk-flagging anything that's behind, with recommendations to recover
  • Aligning website updates, email timing, social rollout, and stock arrival

  • Live troubleshooting if something slips
  • You stay focused on the creative lead role

Launch day + the days that follow

  • On-call for anything that needs triage
  • Stock didn't sync? I sort it
  • Email didn't fire? I'm on it
  • Customer service drowning? I redirect

Post-launch · Final week

  • Debrief across the team - what worked, what didn't
  • Documented playbook so the next launch runs smoother
  • Recommendations for what to fix or refine for the next range
Your part

What I need from you.

The Connector works best when there's already a real team in place. To start I'll need:

  • Introductions to your team members (designer, marketer, web person, 3PL, etc.)
  • Visibility on your launch date and key milestones
  • Access to wherever your team currently communicates (Slack, email, Notion)
  • A short kickoff session with you to understand the brand and the launch goals
  • Permission to chase your team for updates on your behalf
Out of scope

What's not included.

The Connector is coordination, not production. Your team does the making. I make sure it all lands together.

  • Designing the assets (your designer does that)
  • Writing the marketing copy or EDMs (your marketer does that)
  • Building or updating the website (your web person does that)
  • Fulfilment, inventory, or shipping (your 3PL does that)
  • Paid ad strategy or spend

If you need someone to actually do the operational work (running an inbox, building emails, hands-on execution post-launch) - that's closer to Launch Support.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

How is The Connector different from Launch Support?
Launch Support is hands-on - I'm in your inbox, running your sequences, doing the work. The Connector is coordination - I'm orchestrating your existing team so everyone's aligned. Different value: one takes work off your plate; the other makes sure your team isn't stepping on each other's toes.
What size business is this for?
Established brands with a few external collaborators (designer, marketer, photographer, 3PL, web) and a founder who's currently the bottleneck. Tiny solo brands typically don't need this. Larger operations (15+ internal staff) usually already have an ops lead and would be a custom scope.
Do you join my team's existing Slack or tools?
Yes - I work inside whatever your team already uses. The point is reducing friction, not adding another tool to learn.
What if our launch date moves?
It often does. We agree the engagement window in week 1 with some flex built in. Small movements get absorbed; major rescheduling gets a conversation.
Can this turn into something ongoing?
Yes. Many Connector engagements lead naturally into retainer partnerships, especially for brands that launch multiple times a year. We talk about it as a natural next step, not a built-in upsell.
