Larger engagements (full-time equivalent, dedicated team support) would be a custom scope - happy to talk it through on a call.

Weekly capacity
You decide how many hours per week you want me in your business - typically 5, 10, or 15. I commit that capacity to you. You commit the hours.
Slack or async
I work inside whatever your team uses. Slack, email, Notion, Asana. The point is reducing your overhead, not adding to it.
Monthly check-ins
Once a month we sync properly - what's working, what to focus on next, what to adjust. Tactical day-to-day happens in the work itself.
Flex inside the scope
Inside our agreed hours, you get to use me however you need - one week it's a launch, the next it's untangling a system. Flexibility within the structure.
3-month minimum
Retainers need ramp-up time to be worth it. The first month is largely getting into the rhythm of your business. By month three, we're really moving.
Transparent billing
Invoiced monthly in advance. Hours tracked transparently. Anything that would push us over the agreed capacity gets flagged before it happens.
