What I need from you.

The audit week is where most of your time goes. To make it count I'll need:

  • Honest conversations about what's working and what isn't
  • Access to your current tools (Notion, Drive, email, etc.)
  • Time for 2-3 working sessions in the first week
  • Permission to make recommendations about tools you'll need to change or cancel

What's not included.

  • Ongoing execution of the work (this is a setup, not a retainer)
  • Hiring or HR decisions
  • Financial / accounting overhaul
  • Custom software builds or integrations beyond standard platform tools

If you want me to also run the operations once they're set up, that's a retainer conversation.

What if my team won't actually use the new systems?
Training and adoption are part of the handover. I build systems that fit how your team already works, not the other way around. If adoption is a real risk, we plan for it from week one.
Do I need to know what tools I want before we start?
No. Part of the audit is recommending the right tools for your business. If you have strong preferences, great. If not, I'll suggest based on size, budget, and how your team actually works.
Can this happen alongside our normal operations?
Yes - we work in parallel. The audit and build happen behind the scenes, then handover and transition happens in week 5-6 so there's no operational gap.
What happens after the 30-day support window?
You either run it yourself with the documentation provided, or we move into a retainer for ongoing support. No pressure either way.
