The 3–4 week timeline assumes you arrive with the basics ready. To start the build I'll need:

  • Final product list with names, descriptions, and pricing
  • Product photography (or budget for a photographer - I can coordinate)
  • Branding assets (logo, colours, fonts)
  • Business and tax registration sorted with your accountant
  • Shipping rates and policies decided

If you're missing any of these, we just adjust the timeline together in week 1.

Which platform should I use?
Shopify for most product-based businesses. Squarespace Commerce if you want it integrated into a Squarespace site. We decide together based on your range, your team, and where you're heading.
What if I already have a half-built store?
We can pick up where you left off. Send me the link in the discovery call and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a 4-week build, a 2-week tidy-up, or a full restart.
Do you migrate stores from one platform to another?
Yes - though larger migrations may need a custom scope and price. We'll talk it through on the call.
What about inventory and fulfilment?
I'll set up the systems (inventory tracking, order notifications, shipping rates) but you or your team will run the day-to-day. If you want help running it ongoing, that's a retainer conversation.
